Accommodations:
There are six boutique guestrooms available. Each room is brand new and has its private bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, mini-refrigerators, and ceiling fans.
Our rooms have a personalized touch, which give a sense of small, yet refreshing accommodations.
Beach towels and ice coolers are provided for our guests to take to the beach. WiFi "free of charge"
From our roof top deck, guests can enjoy lovely views of Mosquito and Sun Bays. It is the spot for visitors to slow down and relax during their stay.

* Rates do not include Puerto Rico tax of 9%
Our rates are based on two person occupancy. In some rooms, an additional person can be accommodated for a fee of $15.00. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay and a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The complete payment is due upon check-in. Walk-ins are welcome, but we don't guarantee availability on short notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Money Orders.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund applies if cancellation is made 20 days or more from the arrival date. Cancellations made 19 days or less from the arrival date will not receive a refund of deposit money unless we are able to rebook the room to another party.
